Dear LSAH friends & family,

We hope that you and your families, including the furry members, are staying safe and healthy during this public health crisis. As this pandemic continues to develop, we want you to know that our team is continuing to working hard to enact safety measures within our hospital to ensure we are proving excellent care for your pets.

As some of you have already experienced, we have adopted a new protocol that we have dubbed ‘car side service’. Below you will see the details of this new protocol:

  • When you arrive in our parking lot please call and check in with our Client Service Representatives.
  • Our Client Service Representative will then transfer you to a nurse or assistant to obtain a history on your pet.
  •  A staff member will then come to your vehicle to take your pet into the hospital for their exam.
  • The doctor will call you with exam findings and recommendations.
  • If desired an estimate can be generated with treatment recommendations and emailed to you for your approval.
  • Once all treatments are finished you will be contacted or transferred back to our Client Service Team to collect payment over the phone.
  • Once diagnostics and treatments are completed a staff member will return your pet to your vehicle, accompanied by any medications, products, and receipts.

If you are picking up food, medications or other supplies please call when you arrive. Our Staff will collect payment over the phone and bring your items and receipts out to you.

In Addition:

  • We are continuing to follow strict hand-washing and sanitizing guidelines and we are requiring our team members to stay home if they feel sick.
  • We have increased our cleaning and disinfection protocols and have increased the frequency of sanitation cycles at our clinic. As a healthcare facility, we have always used products proven to kill the most resistant pathogens, including the one that causes COVID-19.
  • We are utilizing strict social distancing guidelines within our teams including creating 3 teams independent of each other, as well as our interactions with clients.
  • We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you, your pet, our Pet-care team and the community at lager. Please contact us at (303) 651-3039 with any questions or concerns.
